  Are you feeling overwhelmed with the thought of changing your child's sleep routines and need help navigating all the different components of baby or toddler sleep? Do you just want what to do and how to do it laid out for you?

Then one of these packages are for you! 

 

The Lily Package will be helpful for families who need full support in shifting their little one to independent sleep. They want the mental load of researching and putting together the pieces to their baby's sleep puzzle taken off of them & they want 2-4 weeks of unlimited messaging and sleep log tracking to ensure success, reassurance, and full support as they implement their plan. 

The Daisy Package is for families who want the mental load of putting all the pieces of their child's sleep puzzle together taken off of them but they feel comfortable implementing the plan with less support. 

The Bloom Your Way Sleep Training Guide is for families who feel confident making changes completely on their own! This is a very in-depth guide that walks you through the process step-by-step in creating your own sleep plan to shift to independent sleep.
