"Where to start...Kenedie went above and beyond all our expectations. Honestly before beginning with her I thought sleep training was going to be a nightmare but she made it such a smooth and easy process. The level of support she provides is beyond anything you could imagine. Her system is fantastic and I especially love the app she has where you can track sleep and she checks the logs and provides feedback. Her communication was amazing and I mean it when I say absolutely everything she suggested worked. We went from having a 14 month old who would wake up 5 times a night to now completely sleeping through the night and independently settling to sleep. We really struggled with sleep for a whole year and it was starting to effect us mentally and emotionally. Thanks to Kenedie things are running so smoothly and we are all very rested and happy. "I cannot thank Kenedie with Full Bloom Sleep enough! From the very beginning she was super responsive, explained the process and truly personalized everything for us and our baby. We had a 4 month old when we worked with her and it was our first and only child. Navigating schedules and understanding wake times was more difficult than I had expected so her help came at the perfect time. We went from wake ups every hour at night to only TWO wake ups total (which was our personal goal). She was always there to answer questions quickly especially if we needed to know about when you start a nap or if he was taking way too long to go down and we needed help. She always gave options which I am so thankful for; being able to pick what is right for our family ourselves made the process so much easier. She sent incredibly detailed guides that I will use for a long time because they came with suggestions for not just now but the future. "For 6 months, I was convinced my child would never be able to sleep anywhere but my arms. I spent most of my day in pjs, unable to get anything done because my schedule revolved around my baby's naps. It was impossible to put her down and even when we succeeded, she would wake up minutes later. I finally got to a point where I could no longer continue this way. Our baby wasn't getting adequate sleep and neither were we...that is when I posted in search of a sleep consultant and met Kenedie. I had searched and even spoken with other sleep consultants before but was extremely hesitant to commit because it can be quite pricey. Not only was Kenedie's pricing the most reasonable, but she was also the most responsive even before any payments were made. I truly felt that she took the time to get to know my baby and developed a sleep plan that matched our parenting style. Although we were from opposite time zones, Kenedie was there for me whenever I needed her. She navigated me through tricky situations and in turn, gave me the confidence necessary to be able to navigate these situations myself. The level of responsiveness was just amazing and her whole system is well organized and sets you up for success.
Kenedie helped me to understand that baby sleep is not always perfect and sleep training does not mean your life has to stop because of your baby's schedule...nor does it mean that you can never contact nap again. (This is something I felt very sad about losing) In fact, there were times during the process where she actually suggested a contact nap because that is what my child needed in that moment. Even so, it never interfered with the progress she had made.
I'm sad that my time working with Kenedie has come to an end but sooooo grateful that I made this decision. If you are looking for support in improving your child's sleeping habits, I STRONGLY recommend her.
Our daughter is not only sleeping better, but her overall mood has improved. She is livelier, more interactive, and we get so much more done during her wake windows!

"I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Kenedie!! My husband was skeptical at first, but he is so glad he was wrong and our baby is sleeping through the night! Kenedie was always quick to respond to questions with helpful tips and suggestions. She was so patient with us as it was a bumpy start with me deciding to remove our daughters pacifier from the scenario! But we are glad we did since that ultimately helped her self soothe and sleep through the night. Full bloom sleep is worth every penny and I highly recommend if you want a good night sleep and your baby napping in their own crib!! "Kenedie’s newborn guide is an essential purchase.I am a first time mum and was struggling until I came across her guide.It is extremely easy to read/understand and covers all major aspects of newborn sleep.She also provides product recommendations (which were life changing)
I also engaged Kenedie for sleep training of my 4 month old.He was waking up 3 times per night, sometimes more and had really unhelpful sleep associations (like feeding to sleep,contact napping,needing to be manually assisted to sleep for over 15 mins etc).Currently, he sleeps independently and might wake up once for a feed toward the early morning.Sleep training has improved our sleep and life quality.The process was so straightforward and Kenedie ensures you are supported every step of the way.
